When one of our Clients begins an organizational excellence transformation project, we work with them to ensure their vision of where they want to be is clear, concise and measurable. We then help them to understand that their current organization is operating exactly how it is operating, perfectly in alignment with their current Processes, Tools, Training, Organizational Structure, and Performance Management practices. We define that word differently than most - others see perfectly as ideal, or effective, or efficient, or profitable. This does not necessarily mean those which have been documented, but those which are actually being practiced and condoned. Until an organization accurately determines out how all five areas are operating, it will not be able to make the changes necessary to achieve a lasting cultural change.
