Project Management Professional® (PMP®) Certification Preparation:
Twin Star Consulting Company offers three types of PMP Certification Preparation training: Individualized, open-enrollment and on-site courses. Our courses have been provided to over 500 participants, with a combined passing rate of over 98%.
Individualized - The individualized package is for Project Managers who are more comfortable studying privately, or in small groups, at their own pace. It is ideal for the Project Manager who is self-motivated towards personal study, competent, but busy fulfilling the daily requirements of their project(s). It contains detailed guidance on studying for the exam, including help on correctly preparing the required PMI certification forms, the Twin Star Consulting Company coursebook (which includes 320 practice questions), and the five reference books essential for successfully passing the PMP® Exam. The pricing for this package is $400.00US ($390.00 + $10.00 S&H).
 
Open-enrollment – This PMP® Certification Preparation course is 2 days in length, is held throughout the United States and includes instruction by an experienced PMP-qualified trainer. For more information regarding pricing, dates and locations, please contact us.
On-site – This PMP® Certification Preparation course is 2 days in length and can be held at a corporate site or a location of your choosing. It is a very cost-effective solution for 10 - 24 participants who learn more effectively in a classroom setting. The course includes instruction by an experienced PMP-qualified trainer, the Twin Star Consulting Company coursebook (which includes 320 practice questions), and the five reference books essential for passing the PMP® Exam.
